To enter an individual or team contest, complete and submit the form before the deadline. Teams will be required to play at scheduled times, which are normally established prior to the start of the tournament. Late rosters will not be accepted. All participants are advised to consult the bulletin board outside Room 413 for tournament information, and schedules.
