Application Guidelines
If you have an interest in any of the vacancies listed in the Job Opportunities Bulletin, send a completed Employment Application or send a resume and cover letter to the Human Resources Department at Essex County College. Submissions may be sent via facsimile (fax), electronic mail (e-mail), regular postal mail service, or you can hand-deliver it directly to the Human Resources Department during normal hours of operation. Your submission must clearly state the position of interest.
Unfortunately, we only accept electronic mail (e-mail) attachments in the
text (e.g., Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, etc.) or PDF (Adobe Acrobat) formats.
If you are applying for more than one position, you will need to provide a separate resume and cover letter or complete a separate Employment Application for each position of interest. We will only accept the original completed Employment Application. We do not accept photocopies, fax or email copies of the application.
Make note that submissions must be received by the Application Closing Date listed on the Job Opportunities Bulletin. Submissions received after that date will not be considered.
