WISE Women's Center is an educational and supportive service entity of ECC serving both women and men of the college and the community. The Center offers services to facilitate personal and economic self-sufficiency. The services include career development, education, counseling, and referrals. WISE also designs and implements workshops and seminars and non-credit courses tailored to the individual needs of community groups and organizations on a fee-for-service basis.

WISE Women’s Center is supported by the college and through grants. It contributes to the college's funding base and the social and economic welfare of ECC and the community.
