Out-of-county residents attending ECC may be eligible for tuition chargeback assistance to obtain a 50% credit against tuition from their county in accordance with N.J.S.A 18A:64A-23, pursuant to the Chargeback Laws of 1968. Out of county residents who are eligible for chargeback assistance must:

• Apply for a tuition chargeback at their home County College and home County Treasurer
• Submit approved chargeback forms for Summer I by May 24, Summer II by July 25 and all Fall terms by October 18
